What do you get when you combine modern psychology leadership and public relations strategy?

The world’s first one-stop-shop for women who want to step into leadership more powerfully than ever before, increase their impact and raise their profile.

The brainchild of Tamsin Simounds, leadership strategist and modern psychology practitioner and Amy Chandler, a public relations and communications strategist, The Edge equips women with the tools to propel themselves forward and go from ‘hidden gems’ to highly visible leaders.

But this isn’t your typical PR agency for women — far from it. While we’re busy creating strategies to help you land media coverage and raise your profile, we’ll also help you deal with the other factors that commonly hold women back from leadership and media. With modern psychology as our navigator we’ll help you to overcome feelings of uncertainty about how to start, address fears of standing out and give you the mindset needed to become an impactful leader.

Why is this needed? For starters, only 21% of women make up media sources and just 21% of women get to top executive level in their careers. It’s a figure that The Edge, through our unique mix of modern psychology and leadership and public relations strategy are changing.

We’re on a mission to unlock and unleash the potential of Australia’s female change agents.

The only question is: are you ready to join us ?

Tamsin Simounds

Tamsin Simounds is a certified Modern Psychology Practitioner and Leadership Strategist, helping Australasia’s top leaders achieve transformational change.

Tamsin has upended conventional wisdom about what it takes to become an impactful leader, allowing leaders to put away the rule book and lead with an open mind and courageous heart.

With a client roster that includes Flight Centre NZ, Australian Institute of Conveyancers, Harris Real Estate and Zoos South Australia, hers is a program of deep action and accountability, meticulously designed to extend clarity, self-belief and fulfilment into all areas of life.
